[DATAGOV Core] Blog Post Section for DATAGOV website

Dear DATAGOV team,

Happy new year! I hope everyone had a cozy and restful holiday! Japan has been super sunny and warm and I want to say I’ve been having a blast but I have gotten two separate colds since coming back… Please protect yourselves from viral infections!

Today I added a blog section on the DATAGOV website in preparation to make the blog posts go live. Could you all have a look and provide feedback? One thing I wanted your thoughts on was the wording under DATAGOV Blog. I think there’s a better way to position the blog. Right now I have written: "Here you can find works in progress, exploratory notes, and thoughts on current affairs in data infrastructures.”

Also, if you have any pictures or images to accompany your blog posts, I highly recommend adding it to make it look more visual and exciting.

I have only added placeholder texts for now. @Stefania Milan<mailto:S.Milan at uva.nl> with your approval, I can start populating the website with the actual posts.
