After chatting with Mattéo and the Terre Lente folks, the new options are:

  1.  Three-course meal: antipasti + baked eggplant in tomato sauce [cheese optional] + dessert + drinks = €1500
  2.
Baked eggplant in tomato sauce [cheese optional] + salad + drinks = €1100

Dear team,

I have confirmed our booking with Terre Lente, as well as the number of people and dietary restrictions.

Luigi offered 2 budgets (for 27 people):

  1.
Three-course meal (antipasti, pasta, dessert) + drinks = €1500
  2.
Pasta + salad + drinks = €1100

I wanted to run both options by y'all before making a decision.

Just as a reference, Stefania's proposed budget for the Terre Lente dinner was €1000.
