On my side:

- chinese new year and a bit of unluck, our scatoletta hardware is on
his way with delay. We need to wait another week. In the mean time I
have ready for you tomorrow a hands on with the two prototypes. I have
transported our wall garden of ideas into a obsidian vault and we should
manage to fill it up collectively... let's see what happens. Bring your
laptop.

- i might need a projector from Stef or a bigger monitor so we can watch
it happen. I need to see what happens if we edit same files at once

- for the rest I have been vibe coding and doing work for Genova pilot
with "social token" and made two basic but functioning visualisation
engines for the activities on chain that show what's happenng with the
adoption. Same time i am fighting with the adoptioneers attention span
and accumulating a bit of frustration. Will need to be there again in
march, from 6  to 21 because is crucial that I am on their necks during
pilot project. Will be available for datagov online anyway
