Voxpop seems to be rather full in April.
I know we were thinking of doing the methods/art event in April but would May be an option? Otherwise, the only availability for April seems to be April 1st… (see their email below).

Dear Meg,

That is so sad to hear! Of course we can reschedual, although April is rather full. The only option I have in April is April 1st. Options in May are: 11, 12 or 13, 18 or 19 of May( I haven't reserved thes dates, so availlibilty can change). Let's reschedual our meeting as well, maybe somewhere March(depending on the chosen date for the event)? I work on Monday's and Friday's, can you let me know what date works for you? I looking forward to working with you as well!

Dear Amara,

I regret to inform you but we unfortunately decided to change our event date to April due to the artist cancelling for our March event.

Could we cancel our booking on March 26th and reschedule in April? Could we also reschedule our meeting on February 9th to when we know more near April?
We are still TBD for April dates as it’s highly dependent on the artist who’s flying into Amsterdam. But in the meantime, could you give us a few date options for April so we are aware of your availability?

Again, so sorry for the change. We are still very much looking forward to working with you and your team at Vox-Pop!

Dear Meg,

The 9th of February at 15:00 is good as well. Most of the time meeting like this take an estimated 30 minutes.
I saw your last email as well. about the proceeding of costs. If the event takes longer (included build-off) then 18:00 we have to ask for an extra opening for the building. These costs will be yours to pay and most likely around 200 euros depending on the time length of the extra opening. We will bill you these costs after the event. Let me know if you have any more questions about this. I am looking forward to meet you and the other people in your team!

Thank you, the best wishes for you as well!
I read your application with pleasure. I think de technical democracy subject makes a layered link to both humanities an arts within this event. All the practical implications look good as well. I assume, since you have been in contact with VOX-POP a few times, you already know that after 6pm we have to ask for an extra opening of the building. These costs of the opening from 18:00 till 21:00 will involve costs, that will be yours to pay. This is estimated 200 euros. Let's meet, to talk things over in February. For me, Monday's works best, what would work for you? Let me know if you have any more questions. I am looking forward to our collaboration!
