Thanks for all the great suggestions! Happy to have you as co-author of 
this first collective paper :)

I agree about the methods section, I actually made it even shorter. I 
integrated most of your comments, and reviewed the first part, which 
also needed to be trimmed. Attached for everyone. Certainly much more 
work needed, but it is a work in progress :)
