Hello team!

Thank you for another wonderful team meeting today.

It was a dense meeting and I wanted to thank you all for keeping up with the thick agenda!

Here is a summary of our To Dos, as of today's meeting:

- Budget: Check and spot mistakes ASAP

- Event description for sponsors Sruthi + Postdocs + Stefi (deadline: 17/04/26)
- Attendees’ feedback on the Kick-Off event: summary by Giulia here: https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/1712499?dir=/&editing=false&openfile=true deadline April 21st
- Academic summary:  glossary of key concepts for governance by data infrastructure + notes + posters --> integrate in the Obsidian structure (Federico) + bring it back to the group on May 13 (bullet point) Stefi + Postdocs
- Blog post (some content + photos) Jonas + Yelyzaveta: by next Wednesday --> Jonas will revise it
- 400-800 Abstract. Special issue AlgoSoc deadline and proposal outline --> 26th of April is the deadline (Jonas) --> give feedback EVERYONE
- troubleshoot/identify the issues, gather them, so we can call the people and get it resolved, can we do it by Monday the 20th April in the form of an email thread
- Carina add RQ to the "Literature review" summary under the Pilot Study section of today's meeting notes :)
- Book apartment for CPDP (4 people - Giulia, Matteo, Sruthi, Stefania) Giulia

Let me know if there is anything that is missing from this list!

I hope already from next time to schedule these To Dos as tasks that everyone can see on NextCloud rather than in an email :)
