1.    Project overview 1h: timeline overview, objectives, outputs planning, individual projects’ focus, data collection approach and timeline, pilot studies focus, status, and challenges

2.    Definitively closing the Kick-Off event check-List 20 m (expense claims, notes, audio-visual material, blog post, feedback, academic summary, video output)

11.20 – 11.50 Food and Coffee Break

3.    Infrastructure 40 m: moving together from OneDrive/Google Drive to Next Cloud, infrastructural/organizational needs, Website (meeting with Ray, roles), Zotero Library and Pilot Study

4.   Project Outputs 10 m: Special issue AlgoSoc deadline and proposal outline

5.   Project Dissemination 10 m: LinkedIn and other dissemination formats, roles, responsibilities, expectations, upcoming proposals

6. Project Networking and Collabs 10 m: Visiting researchers & Networking: update the calendar with the upcoming visits, think of ideas, how to best take advantage from these collabs, etc
