[DATAGOV Core] Open Data meets Data Justice: new article

Dear all
In the spirit of sharing: the article that I enclose, co-authored with two amazing emerging scholars (Caterina Santoro from KU Leuven and Ramya Chandrasekhar from CNRS in France), has been accepted for publication in the Internet Policy Review, and will appear with the new year. I thought I share it with you in case you are interested.
This means that we already have deliverable no 1 for DATAGOV 😉 (so, we are already covered for year 1 in terms of article—but this is just the beginning!)
