[Coffee-organizers] Updates from Taipei C&C

Hi All,

This is Lulu from Taipei organizers team. There are some progress in Taipei
we want to share with you.

*First, *
The participants of Taipei Oct. C&C helped EFF translating an article into
Traditional Chinese as volunteers. This is incredible how C&C can do, as
the organizers, we almost didn't do anything, we just let them know it is
the need and opened an open document for them.
