Hi Gertjan,
Thanks for the suggestion. As I mentioned we would have to commission a new, bespoke chapter from you and your colleague for the book. It’s not a collection of existing papers.
If you are interested in being part of the collection, my colleagues are interested in a 500 word abstract from an African perspective that has platform governance as its focus, and policy suggestions for data sovereignty as part of the argument. The policy element is key, as it is what will distinguish this collection from more theoretical offerings.
