From Netalitica:

We are a research-oriented organization focusing on investigation of information controls and Internet filtering around the world. Since February 2019, we have been working on updating Citizen Lab test lists that network measurement tools use to uncover blocking of websites. The methodology we follow in the update process is described in the “Guideline for Test Lists Researchers”, available on our website.

We are happy to announce Phase 2 of the project, which will begin this March. In 2020, Netalitica will be updating the test lists of select states in Latin America, Asia, Africa and MENA. We are looking to hire researchers to update the lists of 28 countries for a fee. More details are provided in the attached solicitation. We are looking for researchers for the following countries:

Latin America: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Venezuela

Asia: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam

Africa: Burundi, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe

MENA: Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestinian Territories, Qatar

Please check our website for updates.

Thank you for your interest.

Kind regards,

Netalitica team
