[Bigdatasur] blog series 'Designing the city by numbers?': Episode 1 is online!

Dear friends and colleagues

We are happy to announce that the Big Data from the South blog will now publish your contributions also in a new format, namely “blog series”: longer reflections that do not “fit” in one blog post, but will be published in weekly “episodes”. 

The first of such stories comes from Santiago de Chile, and is authored by Martín Tironi and Matías Valderrama Barragá. It reflects on how to "design the city by numbers".
