[Bigbang-dev] New time + dates + ics monthly BigBang meeting

Thanks Niels for taking over the calendar invite and organizing. I
believe the old calendar invite was only through 2022, so we shouldn't
have any spurious future meeting times to confuse us.

I won't be able to make it next Tuesday for a one-time conflict, but
look forward to checking in with y'all again sometime soon.
