[Bigbang-dev] Agenda for the following meetings

I would like to add to this Friday's agenda a discussion of the project
documentation.
I've sent some questions out about this in the other thread.
I'd like to get some buy-in for reorganizing what's currently in the
readme, and make sure everyone feels comfortable editing the Sphinx docs in
the future.
