[Bigbang-dev] Gender diversity and draft productivity

(big attachments are getting filtered by the mailing list server, so I
won't paste it here)

- I've implemented gender-over-time for mailing lists.
- Drafts are now in a solid color.

The main notable thing I see is that the gender scorer registers "unknown"
for almost 40% of the participants.
This is due in part to the gender detector, but also in how we are parsing
names from email addresses.
Still, broad trends are visible on the graph.
