[Bigbang-dev] Starting BigBang work for Article19

Thanks, Sebastian and Niels.

This is great to hear. I am new to the this community, but definitely
looking forward to these useful updates to BigBang. I will go through
the features and issues raised in the repo, and will share any questions
or suggestions that I have.

I am also happy to join any planned calls. I am current in Bangalore,
and can participate most times from 1000 - 2300 IST (0430 - 1830 UTC).
