Thanks for all this context. This is the first I've heard about this IRTF
distinction.
I'm open to looking at ALL the groups, to the extent that we can build the
infrastructure to support it.
Any advice on how to best use your data tracker tool for bulk downloads of
drafts? It looks like it might be paging through 100 drafts per HTTP
request by default. Is there any way to specify a page or draft index to
start from looping though a large draft query?
