Hi,

I expect it gets the data from the mailing list management software, so the information will be correct. I don’t know the details of how or when it's collected though.

Try asking Robert Sparks from the tools team (rjsparks at nostrum.com <mailto:rjsparks at nostrum.com>). He’ll either be able to tell you how it works, or know someone who knows.
