[Bigbang-dev] Number of mailinglist subscribers

Hi Colin,

Thanks! so i had a question, i had a look at all the numbers for hrpc
between 2014 and 2017 and what I don't understand is the fluctuations
between months. Is that because it counts the people that subscribed that
month?
