I agree.

I'm not so familiar with IETF and so don't know what's most appropriate.

But settling on some canonical lists would be good.

A lighter touch option, if that's too much change:

We have many "Summer School" notebooks, which should probably be named
something more generic, like "Workshop" notebooks.

We could keep the Workshop notebooks separate with very clean instructions
for how to load data, etc.

That way we could keep the more experimental stuff without it getting in
the way of the workshop.
