Seb, would you be interested in coming over to London March 15-16? Would that fit with your other travel?

No worries if you can't, but if you wanted to, that would be a reason to have the hackathon the week of March 15-16th and not during the IETF hackathon weekend starting the 17th.

I think the only conflict for the IETF hackathon weekend is that Mallory Knodel has proposed a session on public interest technology work, including HRPC topics or work on HTTP Status Code 451, and I imagine those would be topics of interest to an overlapping group of people, including us.
