[Bigbang-dev] New BigBang Core Developer: Nick Doty

Pull request #281, demonstrating name and gender estimation for mailing
lists, has now been merged:

This is a truly awesome feature and the latest of several key contributions
Nick Doty has made to the BigBang project. I've asked him if he would be a
BigBang Core Developer, and he's graciously accepted the responsibilities
and privileges associated with the role.
