[Bigbang-dev] Setting up Gitter

I'm our last meeting we agreed to set up a Gitter chat for BigBang so we
can have lighter-weight conversations without feeling we are overusing the
mailing list.

I looked into it but it appears that since I'm not an administrator of the
datactive organization I cannot register it with Gitter.

I was wondering if somebody from Datactive could set up the chatroom.
