[Bigbang-dev] Organizing the examples directory

Something that's come up is whether and how to organize the examples
directory.

As of now, it's a mostly ad hoc collection of notebooks and metadata.
Because it was informed by several different projects that used different
data sources, I think it can be a little hard to get oriented in.

What if we collected related examples and put each batch in their own
directory?
