Hi Vesna,

You know I'd like to do that, and I'm more than qualified. But as a queer woman, the treatment that I got from Ripe NCC has been precisely the sexism which is endemic to IT, something that will be noted in history books as a shameful thing.

Have already set myself up for rejection a few times with Ripe NCC. When I did my Diversity workshop, they put it in an out-of-the way room upstairs with a parallel event in the main room, and almost nobody came.

I'm burnt out and not ready to try again.
