Thanks for the minutes maxigas!

Regarding the squat sociologist: it was rather for later opinion pieces that Eric wrote, not the book. I heard - so don't take it as s fact - that he did understand that his critical opinion as a famous expert had also contributed to the negative opinion people had of squatters during debate about the ban. 

Regarding the earlier discussion on NFTs , maybe the book referenced in this piece is interesting.
