I'm so overwhelmed by all the volunteers I get via VolunteerMatch, <br>
Idealist and my organization's website alone - recruitment is rarely the <br>
problem. The time and money to create appropriate assignments and <br>
properly support volunteers in those assignments is the FAR greater <br>
issue.<br>
