This job placement is all too reminiscent of Google appointing an 'AI Ethics<br>
Council' after they were caught working with the U.S DoD to write AI to help<br>
drones kill people, AKA 'Project Maven'. Having experts/thinktanks in ethics on<br>
the payroll presents an image of the given abuser taking it seriously, able to<br>
allay public concerns with a performance of care. <br><br>
Social engineering, little more.<br><br>
