Here is the agenda for this Thursday meeting. As you all remember we have a second monthly meeting this month, but it's a half day meeting. I believe last week we agreed on a 10 to 12 meeting, but please correct me if I am wrong. <br>

Here are two, simple agenda points for this 2-h meeting: </p>

<p>We also <b>defined a list of "to do's",</b> things we need <b>to get done or prepare before we meet on Thursday</b>:</p>


<p>- Anyone handling <b>expenses</b> should write an email to Stefi so that she can update her excel sheet on kick-off logistics<br>


- <b>Tutorial</b>: Define tasks useful for the team, communicate with Yelizaveta<br>


- Doc volunteers: <b>Aliki</b>?</p>
