euros (assistance) = 900 euros. </div>

March from 09:30 to 17:00 works perfectly for us. The flat
rental fee for a whole day symposium is as I mentioned in my
previous email 750€ excl. VAT. </div>

the audio-visual technician is 50€ per hour with a minimum
of 3 hours. For an 8 hour shift that would be 400€ excl.
VAT.</div>

the costs, mentioning in my previous email, we offer in-kind
the audiovisual equipement 75” TV Screen, speakers and 3
handheld wireless microphones for the speakers, central
audio system, communication and PR of the event through
our website, newsletter and social media accounts. Regarding
the drinks, we offer for free water, tea and coffee for the
participants. We do have a bar that we can set up where
people can purchase extra beverages if they would like
during the event, but since it is a day event maybe this is
not necessary. If you would like to offer a free drink to
the participants, the easiest way if for us to purchase and
offer the drinks and then invoice you. Please let me know,
if this is something you would like.</div>

the assistance, since it would be a whole day event
collaborators usually offer a payment for the Framer Framed
team person for floormnanagement (50€ per hour) but this
also depends on the collaborators capability and the budget
they have available to allocate for the event.</div>
