I took it upon myself to write out some questions that could be the basis for the development of the web version of BigBang. I think we already have functionality for many of these, and they could help people interrogate mailinglists and write papers.

Let me know what you think. Once we have agreement on the questions, we can talk about the notebooks, operationalization, visuzalization and discuss that with Mridul Seth.
- What are word trends per WG / Area / Org / Cross Org (both for trending words as well as show trends for user inputted words)
- Show graph who is sending email to whom per WG / Area / Org / Cross Orgs
- Centrality of actors per WG / Area / Org / Cross Orgs
- What organizations are active per WG / Area / Org / Cross Orgs (represent amount of emails sent per org + represent to which other org they send email)
- What stakeholders/sector talk to each other per WG / Area / Org / Cross Orgs
- How many people are sending how much email per WG / Area / Org / Cross Orgs (distribution)
- How long do people participate (tenure) per WG / Area / Org / Cross Orgs (distribution)
- What is the (estimated) gender and geography (proxy of affiliation registration) of those who participate in email discussions? What is this in percentage of active users and total emails?

Let me know what you think!
Best,
